Craft Series Irish Stout makes a distinctively dark stout with a creamy tan head. Bitter coffee and roasted malt notes are balanced by a subtle fruitiness with a lingering, dry finish. The kit includes M42 New World Strong Ale Yeast. This ferments with a neutral yeast aroma – enhancing the full character of the malt and hops in the finished beer.
